Needless to say, ignorance about our self only leads to harm, as well as the society. If we will take care of our health then all is well, otherwise we have to face many difficulties regarding our-self.

A healthy person’s body and mind should continue to be aware of his own health, to stay fit. And take such methods in their lifestyle which helps them to stay safe and active. Today, we have increased resources and access to health information however still many times people do not take their health seriously.

One of the primary reasons for this is changing lifestyle with consumption of junk food, lack of physical activities and stress. In the present era, due to no exercise and bad eating habits made diseases like Obesity, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure are rapidly spreading. The same could be observed with respect to stress, depression, and even suicide, which are also on the rise because mental goodness is not emphasized. The wellness about your health could save lot of money also.

Vitality can change yourself :

During this time, there has been an increase in the changes in individuals. Specifically the shift of the type of activities performed daily has changed. In this age of technology, it is a trend for people to spend long hours in the  computer boosting their work performance, but less physical exercises.

As we want to be more comfortable lifestyle,  we made our schedule irregular, that why such issues we made like obesity. We  added mental stress due to the competitive nature of work. We need to maintain good balance between work and home. We already added up mental health issues. Gradually people are getting absorbed with tension and pressure leading them to insecurity and nervous breakdown as never witnessed before. In order to face such a situation, we have to make efforts towards restructuring our processes by introducing order and balance in our lives to help our body. we should take care of animals, birds and our pets from some diseases and should vaccinate them as well as ourselves.

To be physically strong : 

  1. Ensure that there is a minimum of half an hour (30 minutes) of physical activity every day like walking, run, make sure to drink enough water throughout the day, that build your energy level boost.
  2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
  3. Alcohol  consumption has a primary effect on the body, which can lead to heart disease.
  4. Maintain a healthy weight, this reduces the risk of heart disease and other diseases.
  5. Do activities like climbing stairs, walking, cycling, etc. daily.
  6. Take care of vitamins and minerals and take care of essential elements like vitamin A, B, B-12, C, D, K and calcium in the diet to avoid diseases.
  7. Take care of cleanliness.
  8. Keep checked by a doctor from time to time so that you can get information about any disease in advance.
  9. Even at night we should care about too much insects like as mosquitoes, scorpions, wasp and many more in the sense of insect categories.

To be mentally strong :

  1. Mental stress reduces and mental peace is achieved by doing meditation daily.
  2. Keep a distance from negative thinking and adopt a positive attitude, because negative thinking made yourself illness, fatigue and anxiety.
  3. It is important to take breaks during work so that mental freshness is maintained.
  4. Spend your time with family members and friends also, to be happy that will make you mentally strong.
  5. Do not suffocate your heart’s feelings, share it with your family members or friends, it also reliefs your mental stress.
  6. Do some time for reading books, play games and watching TV, cinema etc.
  7. Eat you want, drink you want but in the sense of good to your body.

To be socially strong :

  1. Positive relationships with friends, family and community help maintain a person’s social health.
  2. Social support play an important role in normal life challenges.
  3. Component of social fitness, positive relationship with family, friends and colleague contribution to build a good social environment.
  4. The busy life style can change your image in society.
  5. Spend your time with family and friend regularly.
  6. Its not important for individual happiness but also for the overall good for society.

To maintain goodness, it is important that we take care of ourselves physically, mentally and socially because only with a good body can make us physically, mentally and socially strong.
